PRESS RELEASE: ZTE Corporation kicked off the ZTE Service Ecosystem Forum 2024 in Istanbul, Türkiye.
As part of ZTE Global Services’ ongoing ecosystem series and a sub-forum of the ZTE 5G Summit and User Conference, the forum attracted thought leaders, operators, and over 30 key partners from Europe and the Americas. Under the theme of “Ultimate Service for a Win-Win Future”, guests gathered to discuss how high-quality network services and strong ecosystem collaborations can drive the prosperous development of the telecommunications industry in the era of digital intelligence.
Peng Aiguang, Senior Vice President of ZTE, delivered the welcome address, highlighting the rapid expansion of the digital economy in Europe and the Americas and the accelerating pace of digital transformation across industries. He emphasized that ZTE is advancing alongside these changes, continuously providing end-to-end ICT capabilities to its customers through digital, networked, and intelligent methods, helping operators and industry partners build future-oriented digital infrastructures.
Sun Fangping, Senior Vice President of ZTE, stated that by leveraging its digital delivery platform, intelligent tools, and ecosystem resources, ZTE has developed digital and intelligent network deployment capabilities to meet evolving industry trends and customer demands. ZTE will collaborate with global partners to build an efficient, green, and intelligent sustainable future with ultimate services.
Türkiye’s telecommunications market has seen remarkable growth in recent years. Nurakin Alkan, IP Backbone & Fixed Access Network Operation Associate Director of Turkcell, shared the latest initiatives in Turkcell’s network operations and maintenance. By conducting predictive maintenance and real-time analytics, the network is maintained with high reliability and stability. The proactive operations strategy, powered by AI and automation, significantly enhances operational efficiency and user experience. In partnership with ZTE, Turkcell is optimizing network capacity and performance, laying a robust foundation for the 5G era.
Hans Neff, CTO Group Director of ZTE, gave an in-depth presentation on the current state and development trends of the telecommunications industry, focusing on customer-centric approaches, digital transformation, and sustainable innovation technologies. He emphasized ZTE’s commitment to ensuring superior end-customer service quality and experience in the most efficient, sustainable, and automated way.
Li Hao, CTO of Wireless Products at ZTE Europe & Americas, presented on the topic of “Collaboration for Future Opportunities”, emphasizing that, amidst the rapid evolution of new digital technologies, ZTE will expedite its expansion into the realms of “communication and computing”. By seizing the opportunities for 5G-Advanced evolution in Europe and new 5G deployments in the Americas, ZTE aims to assist customers in embracing a new development paradigm.
Andrew John Ovens, Engineering Delivery Director for ZTE Europe and Americas, shared insights on how ZTE uses its global end-to-end network delivery system and digital intelligence network deployment solutions to help customers achieve business transformation in the new era.
Zhang Hengwei, Vice President of ZTE, discussed future cooperation opportunities with partners in Europe and the Americas, noting that in global network deployments, ZTE has been fostering a mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation ecosystem by adopting strategies such as end-to-end digitalization services, strategic collaborations, and mainstream convergence, ultimately delivering ultimate services to customers.
Yang Yahan, ZTE’s Senior Expert on Engineering Delivery Management, introduced the latest practices in digitalized project management. Through data accumulation, enhanced computing capability, and flexible model combinations, ZTE is progressively expanding intelligent network deployment from single-domain to multi-domain scenarios, helping to achieve efficient network deployment.
Yang Lumeng, ZTE’s Senior Compliance Expert, highlighted the significance of compliance for stable business growth. With the increasingly improved global compliance mechanisms, ZTE looks forward to working with partners to create a robust, transparent, and efficient compliance environment.
H. Doğukan Çavdar, Project Management Director at NETAS, shared ZTE’s quality principle of “Do it right the first time. Do it right all the time”, empowering partners through systematic and intelligent quality management to achieve customer satisfaction and create greater value.
Outstanding partner representatives, including Gianluca Monacciani, Chief Commercial Officer of Ecotel, and Roger E. Fuentes Prada, CEO of CIEM, also shared their valuable experiences and high-quality cooperation practices with ZTE.
At the conclusion of the forum, ZTE presented awards to outstanding partners in Europe and the Americas in three categories: “Excellent Partner Award”, “Best Service Support Award” and “Best Quality Award”, recognizing their exceptional contributions to collaborative success.
