Vodafone has reportedly appointed the investment bank NM Rothschild to assist it with the stock-market listing of its Indian subsidiary, reports Cellular-News. The company recently briefed investors and analysts about the performance of the Indian business and the regulatory risks associated with the Indian market. Vodafone declined to comment on the speculation.
