Spain’s Telefonica has introduced its platform for business applications, dubbed ‘Aplicateca,’ reports Telecompaper. The platform provides the self-employed and SMEs with a wide range of business applications, on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis. Applications will be based around areas such as accounting, ordering and billing, e-learning, help desk, CRM and human resources.
