Skype is pushing for deals with UK operators that have kept Internet-based calls off their networks, reports Bloomberg. UK regulator Ofcom said it could take action if operators continue to block Skype services as such moves stifle innovation. Microsoft-owned Skype complained last year that its services were being regularly blocked by operators.
