Chinese vendor Huawei today announced a high-profile recruitment hire, unveiling top former BT Group executive Matt Bross as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

US operator Sprint plans to offer its second Android-powered handset, this time announcing a deal with Samsung for sale of the South Korean vendor's Moment smartphone. Moment will retail at US$179.99 after rebates with a two-year contract.
