Reuters reports that Russia’s largest mobile operator, MTS, said on Saturday its chief financial officer Vsevolod Rozanov is leaving his post to run its Indian subsidiary, Shyam Telelink. MTS, part of services conglomerate Sistema, said in a statement that Rozanov, who had served as CFO since 2006, will be appointed president and general director of Indian operator Shyam Telelink, which Sistema acquired last year.
