Telecompaper notes that the new Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (Berec) has held its first meeting in Brussels. Created under the EU telecoms reform legislation passed late last year, the body uniting national telecom regulators of EU member states is a more formal successor to the European Regulators Group.
