Nokia chief executive Stephen Elop has rejected rumours that Microsoft is planning to manufacture its own smartphone, in an interview with Finnish newspaper Kaliva. Earlier this week Microsoft's Windows Phone marketing manager Greg Sullivan also denied that the company is planning to manufacture a smartphone, in an interview with Information Week.
