Mobile operator MTN has made several appointments affecting its operations in East, West and Central Africa, notes Telecompaper. Included amongst the shuffling is Themba Khumalo, current CEO of MTN Rwanda, being named the new CEO of MTN Uganda, replacing Noel Meier, who will retire in June.
