Indonesia’s PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) is seeking to raise US$1 billion in loans to fund half of its planned capex for 2010, notes Cellular News. The company is reportedly looking at raising funds from issuing bonds and securing vendor financing deals.
