SingTel is to pay up to US$654 million to boost its stake in Indian operator Bharti Airtel to 31.95 percent. “The amount payable by [its wholly-owned subsidiary] Pastel for the Sale Shares will be between approximately INR18,073 million to INR30,084 million,” SingTel said in a statement.
