Dow Jones Newswires reports that Huawei has said it isn’t in talks with Franco-US telecommunications equipment company Alcatel-Lucent to form an alliance. The denial follows a report in French business weekly Challenges Wednesday which said both companies are in preliminary talks to form an alliance to jointly manufacture products.
