PCMag.com reports that Google plans to launch its Chrome App Store in October. Google reportedly doesn’t plan to require developers to share any of their revenues with the company, only a 5 percent processing fee. The app store will be available to users of its Chrome browser and the Chrome OS. The app store will be Google’s equivalent of the Apple iTunes App Store, but with games and apps specifically designed for the Web, such as some Flash games.
