Cellular News notes that rumours of a smartphone launch by Dell Computers have resurfaced again, linking the vendor to a possible announcement at next month’s GSMA Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The smartphone is tipped to support either Google’s Android platfom or Microsoft’s Windows Mobile.
