Telecom Italia has postponed for the second time the approval of its 2009 financial results until 12 April due to a probe into alleged money laundering and tax fraud involving its cable unit, Sparkle. However, the Italian firm has downplayed possible risks and expressed optimism on its performance in early 2010, reports Dow Jones Newswires. “We see no risks in the pursuit of reducing debt and in our ability to remunerate our shareholders,” said CEO Franco Bernabe in a statement.
