A consortium of Russian operators collaborating on an LTE network build could accept additional partners after completing its legal registration procedures, Telecompaper reports. The group was founded by MegaFon, MTS, Rostelecom and VimpelCom in partnership with Yota, and operator Tele2 Russia is also believed to want to participate.
