Reuters reports that the European Commission yesterday backed a move by French telecoms regulator Arcep to cut termination rates.  Meanwhile, Italy’s telecoms regulator, Agcom, has also given the final approval for a planned 10 percent cut to the termination rates for Italian mobile operators by 2011.
