Iliad, owner of France’s newest operator Free Mobile, has outlined its rollout plans with the aim of covering 75 percent of the French population by 2015 and 90 percent by 2018, as agreed with telecoms regulator Arcep. Free Mobile also plans to build up a 4G mobile broadband offering, which it says will offer the highest speeds in the market.
