The Bangkok Post said that a group of “specialists and lawyers” had warned that operators offering HSPA 3G services are breaching the terms of their operating licences, which were issued to enable the provision of 2G networks. It was noted that AIS and DTAC could be affected, although True Move has also launched HSPA services on frequencies used by the CDMA network of Hutch.
