Singaporean operator M1 has announced that Ms Karen Kooi Lee Wah has been appointed CEO, taking effect from 22 April 2009. Ms Kooi is currently CFO and will step down from that position. Ms Kooi replaces long-standing CEO Neil Montefiore.
