Dow Jones Newswires reports that the first device to use a long-rumoured operating system developed by Chinese internet giant Alibaba will launch before the end of July 2011, manufactured by domestic vendor K-Touch. The web company is said to be in talks with other vendors about the OS, which is also said to be “fully compatible” with Android applications.
