Hungarian regulator NHH has cancelled the tender for awarding a fourth mobile network license, according to Telecompaper. The NHH received bids from four companies; Digi, DreamCom Tavkozlesi, Invitel Tavkozlesi and Mobinet Tavkozlesi Projekt.
