Reuters reports that Qualcomm said yesterday that the Korean Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) had made allegations about the legality of its business practices, including rebates and discounts for its customers. The case relates to complaints from four different companies, including Texas Instruments and Broadcom, which had accused Qualcomm of being in violation of South Korean antitrust regulations.
