Orascom Telecom Holding (OTH) has lost the appeal over the tax demands filed by the Algerian Government covering the tax years 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, according to Cellular News. Orascom Telecom Algérie (OTA) has now has exhausted all appeals available within internal forums at the Algerian tax authority.
